Greg's journey to cider making began as a cherished pastime, cultivated alongside his 23-year tenure in the timber framing business. When the tumult of the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the landscape, Greg saw an opportunity to pivot, to delve into his passion for cider and transform it into a full-fledged endeavor.
With unwavering dedication, Greg scouted a perfect space in Bennington, which at first may seem a bit industrial, but step inside and you'll enter a space that seems part country cabin and part music hall all blended into the cidery. Step outside and you'll be surrounded by the beauty of the Vermont landscape while you keep warm by one of the fire pits and fed by the food trucks that frequent Little City Cider on weekends. Equipped with nothing but determination, he ordered the necessary equipment and set the wheels of Little City Cider Company in motion.
It all makes the space more than just a cidery; it's a hub for community connection and enjoyment. Boasting both indoor and outdoor seating, Little City offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for friends, families, and cider enthusiasts alike. Live bands grace our stage several nights a week, filling the air with melodies that complement the crisp taste of our handcrafted ciders.
